Do you accept returns?
All sales are final.
Where is my food made? Is it made at The Pan?
While your food is picked up at The Pan, a non-vegan restaurant, all dishes are prepared in a completely vegan kitchen at a separate location. There is no risk of cross-contamination—The Pan is used solely as a convenient pickup spot.
When can I pick up my order/ Do you deliver or ship?
The weekly order cutoff is Wednesday at 8 PM. Pickups are available only on Sundays between 2 PM and 4 PM. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a delivery or shipping service.
Why is the product sold out?
We only make a limited number of products each month. Joann is the sole creator, and we want to ensure quality without overwhelming her.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront. However, all food items are made in a fully sanitized kitchen in Orange County, California.
Local pickup is available at The Pan (restaurant in Santa Ana, CA).
How do I become a wholesale partner?

Can I order directly?
Yes! For special event catering or custom orders, please email cocinajoann@gmail.com.
What types of sweeteners do you use?
We use organic cane sugar, organic coconut sugar, organic agave, organic dates, organic molasses, and pure organic maple syrup.
Why do you use single-use plastic for your products?
We do our best to avoid plastic. When necessary, we choose biodegradable PLA plastic made from plants whenever it's available.
